"Had a beautiful stay at this property on our albania trip. We really enjoyed the stay, the food and the place. The staff was so helpfull and friendly the whole atmosphere is serene from the town and the internet was really good. The breakfast was starting at 8 clock, we had to leave at 7:30 for the boat ride, they arranged breakfast early just for us that was really appreciatable. And was so tasty!! I would really recommend this place."

"Good location if you looking for a beach break, 3 min walk from the beach. - Rooms spacious, nicely done, comfortable beds. - High speed wifi, but we had power cuts pretty much every day, so wi fi is affected. -Nice, clean beach with bars and cafes. "We had a great stay at Hotel Chicago. Parking was easy to find and always available with very friendly staff to help navigate. It was a little tricky to find reception (go downstairs, to the end of the hall and up the elevator) but once again, the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The restaurant probably has one of the nicest views of Shkoder and make sure you go hungry for the included breakfast. The spread was very impressive and delicious. The room was very clean and quite big with be try modern controls for the room temperature, Do Not Disturb, etc. It"

"Arriving at Duomo Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is located high on the mountainside, and although the steep road up can feel a bit intimidating, it is absolutely worth it for the incredible views over Lake Shirokë. The room was stunning and modern, with large windows overlooking the lake. The bathroom and facilities were excellent. The pool area was a highlight, allowing you to swim while enjoying panoramic views of Lake Shirokë. Breakfast was nicely presented and served, and the service throughout our stay was excellent."

"The room was very good - clean, spacious, renovated, excellent bed. The internet was bearable (20/10 MBS). But the lobby was undergoing renovation, so there was noise during the day. In the bathroom (spacious and clean), the shower was great, except that the water from it was flowing all the way into the room, so I had to keep a towel on the floor to keep it from flooding the room. The breakfast was OK. The staff (except for the cleaning crew - they were great) was dismal. It took us ages to check in (I was with a colleague on a business trip); the parking was on the street; the payment took ages, and worst of all, on Sunday, as we were leaving, the staff was trying to convince us that we had not paid for breakfast (which we did), and there was no breakfast available anyway. (Note: on Saturday we did have breakfast). Upon leaving the hotel, we were not allowed to leave until someone checked the minibar- they would not take our word for it. And I paid for the hotel the same price as I did in Podgorica for the Hilton. Needless to say, I am not going back unless I have to."

"It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!"
