"The service in this hotel is excellent and they had satisfied all our requests very quickly with the best service attitude. Unfortunately, we had to end our stay early due to a medical emergency in our family. Bayan Tree Bintan staff, helped us to find tickets even though the ferry was fully booked. ..."

"Room was spotless, pools well kept and Strawbella staff wonderful, al acarte dining options broad and buffet was good. All staff were wonderful. Hotel organised driver for full day tour and Rio was also exceptional. So many seating options throughout the resort"
