Things that didn't work: * Hot water in our shower. * The espresso machine. * The hot tub by the pool. * The food was fine. The staff did a good (not great) job of being proactive about guest needs.

What can I say this place was just too wondeful. From the amazing Lazy Pool to the great food options! Room was clean with a nice balcony space to relax in. Would definitely recommend this place, great value for money and great location. Oh nearly forgot to mention the Hydro spa and treatment was amaaaazing.

We had an amazing stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to D’Andre, our waiter, who truly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs — he was such a joy and made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were very clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and even though the weather wasn’t great, our stay was still incredible. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort

The villa was clean and well appointed. There was comfortable space for four adults though the lounge became somewhat cramped when the fifth adult arrived. There was a sense of safety and security at all times, which was welcome. Everything worked! Though rather removed from the beach there was easy access nonetheless. Other amenities were a short drive away. The corner deli, Scotchies for jerk delights and the petrol station. The highway and Ocho Rios proper were also easily accessible.
