Good hotel, great location to the airpeor. Staff were courteous. Nice range of food options although breakfast could be better. Goodies Pub is also good, although in 2026 why do you still allow smoking inside the Pub.

I reserved a room with a King size bed for me and my wife and was given a room with two single (yes, Single) beds and was rudely told by the front desk staff checking us in that it was all they had available. Unfortunately, it was quite late at night; otherwise, we would have found a different hotel. Sadly, my wife had to spend our anniversary on two separate single beds. The only redeeming thing about the room was the presence of an iron and ironing board.

From beginning to end my stay was fabulous! My room was cleaned and stocked daily with water and linens.The staff was courteous and helpful. I felt safe and secure. All amenities were accessible and accommodating. It was also nice to find transportation with ease. I loved the perk of the club lounge on the sixth floor with my upgrade! Drinks and appetizers from 5-7 was so delightful in an intimate setting! Thank you!

The hotel is generally very good, if a little tired looking. Most staff are very friendly and eager to please, I just experienced one front-desk staff member who was a little rude - totally ignoring me for a few minutes then grumpily asking "what do you want?". Other staff were great though. The outside bar/restaurant is a very nice place to relax.

My stay at Sheraton Lagos was amazing!! I thoroughly enjoyed myself!!! The staff/security were super friendly, and very attentive!! If I requested anything, my needs were always met very fast!! Funmi, Charles, Johnson and Sunny are wonderful!! It was my very first time in Nigeria visiting with my Nigerian fiance and I wasn't disappointed at all!! I will definitely be back! I'd advise everyone coming from countries that give complete towels for bathing in the shower to bring your own body/face towel for washing/bathing, the hotel doesn't offer that.. but I always bring my own face/body towel for actual bathing so that wasn't bad for me.. though truly, given the amount of money being paid for the hotel room.. all complete towels should be provided. But other than that the Sheraton is a great place to stay!! And super close to the airport!

Nothing really stands out for me. The hotel is old. Toilets and Tubs needs to be replaced. The smell in the hallway and in the bedroom wasn't appealing. It smells old. They charge for the serving tray to deliver your food to the room. The rice and stew has no taste and I got charged for the tray it was brought in. Here's the good part, excellent staff services. Staffs are friendly and efficient. Always willing to help. Overall, I don't think I'll consider another stay in Sheraton hotel.
