I booked a room for two people and was told the hotel policy was one per room. I waited an hour to get into my room. I waited about 3 hours to get my room key. Had to switch on the fridge myself. Even the one towel that was hotel policy, I had to request. There were no towels in the room I checked into. On the plus side, you get what you pay for. The bed was super comfortable.
