Escape into this remodeled 1929 cottage with an expansive garden, ocean views from nearly every room on a corner lot at the top of the street leading to the entrance of Laguna Beach’s famous 1000 Steps Beach. A spacious and beautiful garden offers a myriad of flowers, trees and plants. The master bedroom’s king bed with private deck and second bedroom’s queen size bed both overlook the ocean. A full kitchen provides an ocean view deck with table for morning coffee to enjoy dawn over the ocean. A large furnished patio and 5 burner grill is perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. The expansive, multi-level garden is surrounded by a wide variety of flowers, trees and vegetation where you can enjoy Laguna Beach sunsets. Step back to the tranquility of the 1930's close many of California's most beautiful Beaches, Parks, Hiking Trails, Mountain Biking, Art Shows and Exhibits, World Class Restaurants, Shops, Bars and Entertainment. Wonderful weekend in Laguna Beach

Enchanting Beach Cottage

Comfortable clean cottage with ocean view.

I would definitely rent again! We were here for the art festival and pageant so the proximity to the trolleys was a definite plus. We spent more time outside than in and loved the inviting patios.

Beautiful property, beautiful cottage. Excellent location if you want to get some exercise, park the car and walk or trolley everywhere. Close enough to downtown so you can enjoy the shops and restaurants, yet far enough away from the crowds and traffic to enjoy the serenity.

Very special cozy cottage. Clean and everything you need for a vacation getaway. Beautiful beach at the bottom of the hill - climbing back from 1000 steps beach to the top of the hill is a fun challenge.

Return to Beach Cottage

Having enjoyed our previous stay at this classic and comfortable cottage, we decided to rent it again for our annual visit to Laguna Beach. It was a familiar neighborhood and a starting point for the various activities we had planned. The highlights were the beautiful garden and balconies. We can’t wait until next year!

Restful Getaway

The property is quiet and located in walking distance to the beach. We especially enjoy the small porch off the kitchen. It has the best view of the ocean and we watched sunsets from there. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This is a great place if you want a peaceful getaway near the beach.
