This listing showed as available to book, so I reserved it for a full month for my family while we were displaced from water damage in our home. We packed up everything, arrived at the property, and the app confirmed our stay as booked, yet we had no access key. After trying to reach the host for about 20 minutes, the reservation was suddenly canceled and we were told the home was not available and that our refund would take 5 to 7 business days.This was extremely inconvenient and completely irresponsible. If a property is not actually available, it should not show as available to book. We were forced to find a last minute hotel for our family while securing another rental.I do not recommend booking this home. You can arrive with a confirmed reservation and still have it canceled on the spot.
