Clean room! Polite staff. 2 small complaints: the portable refrigerator was very loud… the bed was comfortable, but it squeaked every time you moved(pretty annoying) Except for these 2 things we would have rated it excellent.

Isla Grand Beach Resort
The outside of the hotel rooms (not the condo tower) had us worried, but the room was SO nice. We booked a pool view but we had a lovely view of the ocean as well. The heated pool was heated enough but not for January (when you need a beach getaway you need a beach getaway). The hot tubs were lovely! ...

Sand Rose Beach Resort
The room was great for the last couple of days. At first it smelt like fish until the cleaner came in and put some type of spray to make it smell better. Other than that it was a great stay!
