"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. "Our stay was great! Rooms and hotel overall are very clean. The staff is so friendly and always willing to make your stay the best. The food is incredible!! Important to mention that in the creek between the parking lot and rooms, there lives an 8-10 feet crocodile, the hotel staff stated that it lives there and that they have never had any problems, there is no way it can get to the actual hotel, but it is important to mention so you are not shocked in case you see it."
