"Very out dated property in the old area of Lahad Datu. Felt quite unsafe walking around the area, everything was run down. The hotel is above a mall, but the elevator requires no key to access the hotel levels, so not very secure. Air con is not efficient and extremely noisey. Bed was horrible, towels and sheets not clean. Cracks in wall paper and bathroom in terrible condition. Staff didnt speak much english, so check in was difficult and gave no information about room, hotel or area. It may be...
