Aloha! Welcome to our beautiful one bedroom suite at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa - Suite 116 Hokulani Tower.

We do not charge a resort or parking fee. The quote listed is all in.

The Honua Kai is one of Maui's newer beach front resorts. It is located on the West side of the island on North Kaanapali Beach. It was built in 2009 and is situated on 43 acres of beautifully landscaped paradise. The Honua Kai has an infinity pool, hot tubs, lazy river, a kid's pool with a slide, and quiet pool for adults. There are 3 BBQ areas for your use. The well known Duke's Bar and Grill is located on the premises. It is a full service restaurant... enjoy happy hour with live music. The resort has beautiful open air lobbies with a Spa and expanded fitness center.

Enjoy our spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom suite with 11 ft ceiling and large private lanai with seating for the whole family. Our suite is located on the south side of Hokulani tower. The bedroom has a king bed with a large adjoining bathroom. It has his/her sinks, a large stall shower, and soaker tub. The living area has a comfortable queen sized pull out couch. The suite comes fully furnished with a contemporary furniture package, Bosch kitchen appliances, and Bosch in-suite laundry. A custom NanaWall sliding door system (wall to wall & floor to ceiling) brings the outside in, creating a seamless experience between interior and exterior living space.

In the living area there is a 55" ultra high def smart TV which includes premium cable channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and more. The bedroom has a 50" smart HD TV also with Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video.

The Honua Kai resort has pools, beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.

It was a solid location with lots to do yet easy to travel and see other parts of the island. Property was clean and had everything we needed, and we had great communication with the owners before and during our stay.

Wonderful hosts & a perfect place for families!

The resort is an excellent place for families. From the ease of access, multiple pools, location right on the beach, towel service, lots of food options within walking distance - it's a win win win! The apartment itself was clean, great for cooking and the bed was super comfortable. Loved being on the 1st floor to enjoy the lanai. Thank you Al!

Perfect for a family of 4!

We loved this place! It was perfect for our family of 4 and we would highly recommend this unit and the resort. We loved not having to deal with stairs and elevators and enjoyed the patio and yard. The hosts were very helpful and passed along some great tips and recommendations.

Great location!

We loved the location and felt like it was one of the better spots in the building. The outside area is private and it’s on the side of the building closer to the snorkeling part of the beach. So easy to walk back and forth if you forgot something. Love the pools and ease of everything with kids too.

We unfortunately had bummer weather (by Maui standards) but the property was so convenient to be in and out of based on how we were coping. The property was beautiful and our hosts were so kind to check in and make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was perfect and just as described. We loved having the garden area to enjoy and eat in . It is so quiet being next to only one other condo. The resort is beautiful . Having a great restaurant like Dicks 2 minutes walk is a bonus. The beach here is gorgeous. We saw so many whales !Do not hesitate to rent this condo!

Great stay

It was clean. We loved all the amenities, especially the sand toys! The owner was very receptive to my needs. I think the only drawback was that the dryer didn't work well and we ended up hanging our clothes to dry. If that get fixed, we are so going to rent it again!

Description of property is spot on. Conveniently located wuthin steps to the beach via patio or pool through front door. Al made sure we had use of beach towels since towel machines were not up and running. Will definitely stay in this unit again

Fun for the whole family

Great property for families. Several pools, hot tubs, and super easy beach access. Our host / unit owner was very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to check in and access all of the available amenities. Our condo unit was very clean, with a well appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, smart tv's, cold A/C, and ground level lanai with grassy area for the kids. We enjoyed our time at Honua Kai and would definitely go again.

Loved our stay at this wonderful spot

Great unit. Sparkling clean and comfortably furnished. Ground floor lanai patio is private and easy to come and go with beach chairs (provided). Kitchen well supplied to make meal prep easy. Very attentive hosts that provided lots of suggestions for things to do, eat, see etc while in Maui. We appreciated that they reached out personally to check that all was well. We’ve stayed in many places in Maui and we’ll definitely return to this one.

Perfect getaway!

Honua Kai is our favorite property and this condo is fantastic. Very clean with a great location (very convenient to parking, pool, lobby). The amenities provided by the owners were very appreciated (body boards, chairs, beach umbrella). You will not be disappointed!

Lovely Property

Al was a great host! There was great communication and responsiveness from our host. Property unit is in great condition and we love the open lanai onto the grass area that is a 90 second walk to the beach!
