  • Over 2000 sq. ft. three-bedroom suite with one king in both the master bedroom and second bedroom and two queen beds in the third bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa, and stunning ocean, beach, and pool views.

    Full kitchen, private furnished lanai, accommodates up to 8 guests. A free-standing tub and separate shower await in the luxurious master bathroom, while modern amenities include HD televisions and Blu-ray player.

    Retractable walls of glass lead to spacious lanais for true indoor/outdoor living.

    Kitchens offer full-size appliances including refrigerator, cooktop and dishwasher. Custom master baths offer free-standing tub and double vanities. Licensed real estate broker with Timeshare Liquidation Service, LLC (WA license #113330), BBB accredited and rated A+.

    Rentals are subject to state of Hawaii taxes and vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $49/day for three-bedroom units. Additionally, a resort fee of approximately $49/day applies, and valet parking is approximately $40/night. The fee is payable at checkout, at the front desk, and is not included in the total VRBO rental price. This is subject to change per State of Hawaii regulations.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

The Hyatt Residence Club was a perfect location for our multi-generational family vacation. We stayed for a week and loved the location, pool, and extra perks like valet parking and towel services. The condo was spacious and the view was incredible. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Hyatt hotel to have breakfast or shop. My son is already asking to stay at the Hyatt next time we visit Maui!

Great Property - Rooms Need TLC

We’ve stayed here at least 1x/year since it opened. Same beautiful location. Wonderful staff. Rooms are in need of renovation (stained carpets and furniture, broken kitchen cabinets, etc.). With that said, it’s still a lovely place to stay.
