Lahaina Shores is a charming boutique resort located directly on the ocean with a beautiful view of the neighboring island of Lanai. Unit 421 is a Studio unit located on the 4th floor, offering comfort and accommodations for up to 2 guests with central air conditioning. Many upgrades, including all new: a firm and comfortable king-size bed, a platform bed and headboard, and a loveseat. The photos are just temporary to provide a reference of the space. The owner is investing in fine canvas artwork, bar stools, a dinette set, and decor. We anticipate that the upgrades and professional photos will be ready by the end of September or early October.

Nearby these restaurants, you'll find our local favorite shopping mall, the Lahaina Cannery Mall. Drive just a few more miles north to find Kaʻanapali, where Whalers Village offers premier shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The friendly front desk staff will welcome you at check-in, where the $15 daily resort and parking fee is collected. Washers and dryers are conveniently located on every floor.

Please note:
Lahaina Shores Beach Resort survived the major fire in 2023. Since the fire, Lahaina Shores has undergone a full renovation inside and out, including the hallways and lobby. Each room has been cleaned and repainted, and all furnishings and linens have been sanitized to professional standards. The palm trees by the ocean survived, and the garden has been replanted. The harbor and Lahaina Town are being rebuilt, and a Royal Complex and visitor center are planned next door. See the future unfold before your eyes.

Lahaina Shores 421 is professionally managed by Quam Properties, offering 24/7 customer care to ensure your accommodations meet your every need. The condo will be supplied with a beach towel, a beach chair for each registered guest, and a cooler for your use during your stay. We also provide a one-time starter kit of essentials, including detergents, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towel sets, and linens.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
