I liked everything except the dining service. The staff was unfriendly and rude. They should not work there.- they kept us in the bar in excess of 15 minutes even after 4 tables had been open We had to walk over to tell them that tables had been open.

Our stay was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about the accommodations and the staff. The only thing I had a hard time with was the valet parking. The constant in and out every time you just want to stop by for an hour to change for dinner or something is a hassle with dropping the car off and requesting it again. Other than that it was fabulous!

New Favorite Hawaiian Resort

Our new favorite Hawaiian resort by far and maybe the best tropical location resort we've visited. The 2 bedroom ocean-view villa was exceptional. Gorgeous views over the pool and ocean. Beautiful decor, comfy furniture, and especially the amazing balcony with daybed, loungers and large dining table. Kitchen well stocked. We could have cooked complex meals and would have had everything we needed. Coffee was very good provided in the room with a very nice carafe style coffee maker. The resort grounds are beautiful. The pool is the most amazing pool we've ever seen. Very private with lots of hidden lagoons. Loungers around the pool were outstanding. Large with very thick cushions. Towels poolside were the only thing I found lacking, stained and small. Loved the adults only pool but no staff seemed to do anything to limit kids access so there were occasionally kids screaming through the pool. Also, I found it odd the entire top level of the pool complex isn't adults only since there is a hot tub and a little lagoon area to the right of the Serenity pool which was full of families and loud kids which made the Serenity pool not so serene. Pool service was good not great. Definitely not attentive. In room dining food and service excellent. Valet/Bell services were excellent. Very helpful, always addressing us by name. Loved the private transpiration within the Kapalua resort. Very convenient for dining and the occasional run up to the general store.

조용하고 완벽한 방 컨디션 저희부부는 남편의 코고는소리때문에 함께 못자서 방이 두개 필요한데 완전하게 분리된 방과 넓은 거실공간,부엌과 넒은 테라스! 정말 편안했습니다. 가까운 카팔루아비치는 수영이 서툰 저에게 스노클링과 수영을 즐기기에 완벽한 해변이었고, 레스토랑의 조식과 디너를 열린공간에서 아름다운 바다와 정원풀을 바라보며 매일 즐길수있었습니다. 음식과 서버분들도 매우 친절했으며, 프론트데스크의 아름다운 여성분과 매니저님 두분의 이름을 기억하지못합니다만ㅠ 두분의 배려로 영어가 서툴러도 잘 소통하여 골프와 훌라레슨 스파 등 모든 편의시설을 잘 이용하였습니다. 체크아웃하는날 훌라선생님(쿠무)과의 만남은 정말 좋았습니다. 몽타주여러분 마할로!!

Great location, but service is not like a 5star, they charged me a spa massage which I didn’t have, luckily when I double check my email bill found out, remember to double your invoice after check out.

We planned this trip as a honeymoon destination. It was amazing from start to finish. The ocean view was spectacular. We even saw a few whales easily from the property. The staff was amazing. Overall, one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Will happily come back in the future!
