Amazing. I have zero complaints about my stay.

The property was spotless, so close to the beach, and just perfect. I've never stayed somewhere that was so comfortable, convenient, and clean. Not only is the property clean but it had super fun add-ons like beach chairs and a portable cooler for our daily use. We loved it here. Also, you can skip the pricy snorkeling tour to see the turtles the beach on this property offers turtles and plenty of other sea life to view! I could go on forever but we would recommend this unit 0.

Incredible Ocean View

This was truly a perfect location and the balcony and room view were incredible! Napili beach is a favorite of ours and is just a gate and short walking path away. The property has a fun old Hawaiian charm but the studio itself is all newly remodeled, clean and feels like a cute little beach cottage. The sound of the ocean waves is like having your own wave machine all day. An incredible way to wake up and fall asleep to. Tried the gazebo restaurant and it was as delicious as people say. There’s an awesome Tiki Bar on property too. Honestly, you really wouldn’t have to leave the property! We hope to be back and enjoy this incredible view and beach getaway again, so hard to leave! All pictures are accurate and amenities too, only item we felt would have been a great addition was a beach umbrella to go along with the two beach chairs we used daily! Mahalo!!

Gorgeous condo on the Napili Bay

I am so thrilled that my partner and I booked this gorgeous studio condo for our honeymoon trip to Maui. As a realtor myself on a vacation destination Island in Florida, I am rather picky and look at the photographs and reviews when I go places. The photographs for this gorgeous updated condo in an incredible location drew me to this place over and over again when I was looking on VRBO. It was also the reason ultimately that we selected it. The condition of the room and the location. Both were right on point! While this is a older complex and not as fancy as those on kapalua or elsewhere . It was perfect! The view was to die for And we actually were able to snorkel and find more turtles and photography opportunities underwater at this bay right outside of our door then any other places we snorkeled on the island ! Just a lovely place done very well and made very comfortable by the owner. We would definitely recommend that to anyone wanting to go to Maui!

Incredible View!

Highly enjoyed our stay at this property and especially this room. The room is gorgeous and immaculate and appears to be newly renovated and furnished. The condo was well supplied with cooking supplies, sufficient toiletries and towels (including 4 beach towels, 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and a small cooler). We enjoyed the cool AC at night. The sounds of the ocean waves was rather loud but calming. The bed was very soft (probably too soft for us) with large overstuffed pillows. The light from the hallway into our room was a little bright but I sleep with an eye mask so didn’t bother me. Location was adjacent to the Gazebo restaurant and beach access to the gorgeous Napili beach. We enjoyed walking the beach at sunset (the view from the room faces NW rather than directly West). Also close is access to the Coastal Trail. Would definitely recommend this listing to family and friends who are planning a romantic getaway to Maui!

Epic Reality bait and switch

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Epic Reality took our reservation then said they needed for us to sign another contact so they were covered for liability then told us none of the facilities were open. They would not accept our request to cancel all the while knowing the governor closed all West Maui until October 8th. When the laundry access can didn't work they were helpless and blamed everyone but themselves. You cannot talk to anyone just a charbox text message machine. I will not use any property they represent again.

Can’t beat the view

We’ve been coming to Nāpili Shores for years and have stayed in this unit before. The remodel is a huge improvement and made this stay far more enjoyable. We didn’t even have to get out of bed to enjoy the beautiful view.

Beautiful Studio on the water

We loved our 9 day stay here! It’s a beautiful condo with everything you need. You can’t beat the location with 3 restaurants to walk to and the Gazebo restaurant steps away. Listening to the waves crashing every night was the best sleep ever! Just incredible!

Wonderful stay!

Had such a wonderful long weekend stay here! The condo itself is gorgeous and has spectacular views from the living room and kitchen. It’s close to a coastal hiking trail which I got to do in the mornings to start my day. Also walking distance to some of the nearby beaches, and to Montage resort- walked over one night for dinner. Perfect stay!

Beautiful ocean front stay

An absolutely stunning condo to stay in. We spent the first three days of our honeymoon in Napili and this rental had everything. It was walkable to dining. Easy to get in and out with our car and had everything we needed. It’s right next to a beautiful beach cove that we could snorkel and relax in beach chairs. It was quiet and we heard virtually no noise. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. Hope we can find ourselves back in Maui and we would rent this condo again. 11 out of 10

This condo was located perfectly by the ocean! Heard the sound of waves all day and night. Beautifully decorated and exactly as described. Perfect for two people. Easy walk to Napili Bay and some good restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!
