We have stayed in many vrbo properties and this is probably one of the best. Caitlin and Brandon were super communicative and responsive. We had one teeny issue with some lighting and Brandon practically showed up before I hit send on my text. The unit was recently renovated and was immaculate. They didn't skimp on anything--very well appointed, with seemingly small things like soap at every sink (every bathroom downstairs is double and even the kitchen has two), that really do make a difference. The king beds were comfortable and of course there were also beach towels and chairs that made trips to the ocean more enjoyable. The only thing I would point out is that the location is fairly busy. The only entrance to the beach is right in front of you (~30 yards away). It's a nearly constant parade of people coming up or down, or just hanging out to watch the ocean. It's not noisy, per se, just a little more people activity than we were expecting. Security seems to be present enough that I would assume people aren't allowed to get too crazy or infringe on the enjoyment of others. The weather here was great and we were amazed at how different it was from Ka'anapali, where we had stayed before (less windy/rainy). Overall this is a great place, good location, with kind & helpful property managers.

Loved this property! The view is spectacular, the space is clean and full of little amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee, teas), and the hosts were very attentive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Oh WOW!!!

This place is simply amazing! We had booked it prior to the remodel and were looking forward to it then, but it is is just amazing. The location cannot be beat! Best spot in Puamana. Ample room for three couples. We spent most of our time on the spacious lanai. I will definitely be returning. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Retuned to Puamana

We’ve stayed at a few locations at puamana an the past but hadn’t been for the last few years due to the beach becoming so rocky. We came back this year and stayed at 9-3 for our first time and absolutely loved it. The unit itself is beautiful and working with Caitlin and Brandon made everything so easy. We loved it so much we were even able to extend our stay. As an added bonus - the sandy beach is back! We can plan to return to this unit annually!!!

This place is awesome! Right on the water, so the views are spectacular!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The views can’t be beat. We watched whales and sunsets in the evenings. The Puamana property is beautiful and well kept. The house itself was perfect. Plenty of space for our group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook some of our meals. We even grilled steaks outside the last night. This location is perfect. Just a few minutes in the car to Lahaina and Kaanapali. Quick access to the highway, but you can’t hear any road noise - just the sound of the waves crashing. I’d comeback here every year if I could!

Great family accomidations right on surfers paradise!

Our family of 7 (5 adults and 2 grandchildren) stayed for 10 days and wished we could have stayed longer! The location is perfect and just a very short walk, bike ride or car ride right down Front Street into the heart of Lahaina. If you are a surfer or enjoy playing in the surf this is the spot for you. We enjoyed surfing and boogie boarding while the grandkids played in the surf and sand! Be aware that the sand is very seasonal and the surf is moderate to rough so this is not a "swimming" beach for the younger children but Baby Beach is just a very short drive to the north of Lahaina. We enjoyed grilling out on very spacious lanai and watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Both Caitlin and Brandon were very gracious host and answered all of our questions prior to our visit. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will be back...Mahalo!!

Paradise at Puamana

Perfect stay in this condo with our parents. The unit was so relaxing and so close to the water! We walked the entire frontage and thought this was the ideal location out of all the units. In the morning, we’d actually get up very early just to lounge on the lanai, have our coffee and listen to the waves crashing. In the evening we’d do the same thing with a glass of wine! In front, It has a very small entrance onto the beach and it was fun to watch the surfers head into the water and surf. The picture doesn’t show it but there are 2 cushioned lounge chairs and a nice brand new table outside with sling back chairs. Very comfortable! My parents loved the pool right across the pathway with a shallow end. I can’t imagine a better place to stay if you want a peaceful vacation, close to Lahaina, and make some of your own meals right on the water.

Wonderful Puamana

Puamana is such a glorious property overall and 9-3 Puamelia is an awesome home to experience the wonder. We were so impressed by the communication and response of our Hosts (big mahalos) The whole unit is equipped with just about everything you need (if not, send a text and they will bring it to you!) Our friend was a first timer and said how when she stepped not onto the lanai, she felt all of her cares & stress dissolve. Make it a point to be up before dawn and greet the sun as the stars fade to daylight.

Terrific Stay

This ocean front unit in the gated and secure Punamana community just south of Lahaina was the perfect place for our family vacation (6 adults, two infants). The remodeled main living area is roomy and tastefully done and the lanai was pleasant and relaxing 24 hours a day, but an especially great place to watch the sunset. Downtown Lahaina is less than a 15 minute walk away. Beds were comfortable and three full baths a plus. The condo was well-stocked with beach gear: chairs, beach towels, sand toys, beach umbrella, and the like. Caitlin and Brandon were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The whole experience was delightful.

Location Can't Be Beat

Both the location on the island and the location in the complex are awesome. The huge lawn (with the water just over the hedge) and the multiple pools were great for the kids. Morning coffee on the lanai watching the surfers is worth the price of admission. Some of the amenities are a tad dated, but not to the point of detracting from the overall lovely vibe of the property.

Amazing!!

The property was absolutely beautiful. The condo was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. The beach chairs were a bonus! Everyone I talked to in Maui that asked where we were staying said that this was the best property on the island - hands down. I would return to this property in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.
