This peaceful location offers quick access to the nearby beach, ocean, and Puamana’s popular dolphin pool.

The 2023 Lahaina fires impacted several buildings on the northern side of Puamana. Fortunately, this home and the entire southern side of Puamana were completely unaffected. In addition, two Lahaina grocery centers (Safeway and Foodland Farms), the famous Old Lahaina Luau, and four popular restaurants (Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle) are all open and operating—just a 10-minute drive away.

Great location

Super convenient to Lahaina, close enough to shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with mature tropical landscaping. Townhouse is a little older but has modern updates. Do stay here if you don’t want all the hassles of a mega resort.

Wonderful Condo

This was a great Place to stay. Condo had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was quiet with lots of pool access and beach was .. a 2 min walk away. A nice place out of the hustle and bustle but close enough if you want/need it. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely home that was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also very clean and tidy. Also loved the complimentary basket on arrival which was a nice touch. Beautiful, clean, and great location.

We loved staying at Puamana Nani. It has been beautifully remodeled and all new everything. The linens and towels are great quality, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen was very well stoked. Our favorite part was the location to the beach. We are a surfing family and we loved walking just a few steps to a great surf spot right out front. Can't wait to go back again.

Best place we've ever stayed on Maui!

We loved the Puamana development and this condo was great. It was beautiful and the ocean was just across the street. Lahaina is a short 15-20 min walk which we did daily. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Can't wait to return.

Great location, beautiful condo and super awesome owner!

We were two couples visiting Maui for the first time. We all couldn’t believe how wonderful Annie was and how clean, comfortable and convenient the location is, not to mention all the amenities Annie provided! We would all HIGHLY recommend staying here. If we come back we definitely will!!!

Hawaii family vacation

The whole family enjoyed our stay on the property. The location gave us easy access to other parts of the island. Low key property serves as an antidote to the resort frenzy else where. As noted the property is exposed to road noise which we acclimated to pretty quickly. Annie was always available through our stay. We would definitely come back.

Home Away From Home in Paradise

The home was perfect and exactly as advertised. Any amenities you could need or want were provided, right down to umbrellas and coolers for the beach. Everything was very clean and the AC on both floors was much appreciated on those warm days and nights Annie and Chris were in contact several times to ensure everything was going well and if we needed anything at all. We hope to stay at this amazing home again soon!

What an incredible property. Annie was a fantastic host and made our entire stay flawless. Puamana is a hidden gem on Maui’s East side with private pools, beautiful grounds, and a beautiful private beach. A well stocked kitchen and clean unit acted as our home base throughout our stay while we surfed, swam, and explored all of Maui. We will absolutely be coming back to share this beautiful place with others

Perfect oasis

Our time at Annie’s was so special for our family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Such a peaceful, tucked away retreat in Puamana. We did not need to leave the property! Yet we were close to everything. We spent our days surfing and cooking meals in the well appointed ted kitchen. Loved our sunset views on the lanai. So grateful!

Amazing

Highly recommended! Quiet neighbourhood, nice neighbors, very close to everything. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and couldnt have picked a better place. 8 min drive to hourseback riding, 2 mins to dining, 10 sec walk to beaches and pools. The condo was Gourges, the whole time we were there, we were thinking of all the cool ideas we could use from this condo to put in our own house. Very Nice place to stay.

Wonderful!

Well - We had high expectations and they were met. The owners left us little things in the kitchen to welcome us, and we just were treated so well. All the details are thought of at Puamana Nani: a place to spray off your sandy feet from the nearby beach, a guide book for us to use, Keurig coffees, perfect linens and towels, a first aid kit, everything needed to cook, comfy outside seating area, etc. It was cozy and a lovely vacation. Puamana has so much to offer without the resort/crowded feel. And, with a bad back from flying all the way to Hawaii - I appreciated the firm sofa cushions!

Magical vacation

We absolutely loved Annie's place and left feeling relaxed and taken care of! She was incredibly responsive and a wonderful host. The condo felt homey (nice rice cooker, great internet, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels), and our kids even started referring to it as "home." The community is private and kids could safely explore the property and feel like they had freedom. Every night in the evening we walked to the pool by the ocean and watched the sunset on a large grassy lawn. Thank you Annie! We would love to come back.

Fantastic Condo

This condo was one of our favorite VRBO rentals to date. There were so many thoughtful extras such a welcome beverages and a fruit basket, great beach gear, a hamper, fans, and start up supplies like soap, shampoo, garbage bags, etc. It is beautifully decorated, clean and the grounds at the complex are so well cared for. The pool right by the ocean was amazing. It was so cool to watch the surfers. The location was great and we appreciated the carport parking. It was so close to Lahaina but away from the hustle bustle. We appreciated the information that was sent prior to our arrival. Our visit couldn't have been better. We would certainly stay again the next time we are on Maui. Thank you!

Amazing Find in Lahaina!

Everything was great, from communication to the condo itself and all of the amenities provided! Annie was VERY responsive and provided helpful information and recommendations before and during our stay. The only thing that was frustrating at all was the traffic noise on the highway behind the building which is adjacent to the master bedroom. Lots of loud motorcycles, etc. in the middle night and early morning hours. This is what it is due to physical location, but nothing Annie could possibly do about that so don't let that get in your way of reserving this VRBO. We will be back!
