Appealing in Napili :)

A gorgeously decorated condo in a perfect area: very near Napili Bay, but not in the epicenter, so to speak. It was quiet except for the dramatic roar of the ocean.

Perfect for turtle and whale watching

Had a lovely stay here. Cute and cozy, with an amazing view. it's located right on a very infrequented section of the ocean that's shallow and perfect for turtle frolicking.Close to the outstanding Miso Phat for sushi, Hawaiian Village Coffee for coffee and great handheld breakfast, and a couple miles from the amazing breakfast spot, The Gazebo.The ocean sings you to sleep, and the place is decorated and provisioned wonderfully.Highly recommended!

Such a lovely stay for our honeymoon.

We loved staying at this property, it had so much charm. It was our first stop on our trip to Hawaii and there were incredible views everywhere. My husband and I enjoyed whale watching and walking to see all the views nearby. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed and more. It was so cute inside and had a great lanai outside. We even saw turtles while eating our lunch one day. Great location too. Close to lots of things. It made our trip to Maui great!

This property was even better then the photos. It had everything to make our stay perfect. The lanai was absolutely beautiful with the ocean so close. It was very clean and cozy. We will be back!

Amazing Stay in West Maui!

We had a fantastic stay! The unit is exactly as pictured and described, and it is stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable for a few days. The lanai is just to die for! We spent so much time there having coffee, reading, or eating takeout while watching the turtles, surfers, and even whales. There are a few restaurants, cafes, and a beach within walking distance, and tons more within a short drive. One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in!

Extended layover between Japan and mainland

Spent four days on Maui on our way back from Japan. The condo was perfect for our stay. All the amenities anyone would need for a beach vacation. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable.

Loved the lanai!

This was a great place for a couple! Very comfortable bed, nicely appointed and furnished, and the lanai was an awesome place to lounge, eat meals, and watch whales, turtles and windsurfers. We loved our stay! My only criticism would be low water pressure in the shower.

Babymoon Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed for 5 nights and spent a lot of our time at the property! You can see so many whales, Lana’i, Moloka’i, and beautiful sunsets from the deck. It had everything we needed to make a simple dinner and some breakfast. The location was perfect for being close to lots of things on the island and within walking distance of some beaches. Thank you for a beautiful stay, we will be back!

Great location! Right on the water!

We had a wonderful week long stay. It is the perfect size for a couple. Everything we needed in one place. Especially the breathtaking sunset views. We also really enjoyed watching the kite surfers from the deck. Very quiet area and nice to have restaurants within walking distance. I can't wait to go back. Mahalo!

Reviewer Comments: If you want a beautiful deck feet from the ocean with expansive views of the water, Molokai, and Lanai; endless witness of whales breaching; falling asleep to the sounds of the waves either from the bed inside or the amazing daybed on the deck; and spectacular sun and moon sets, you’ve found your happy place. Beautifully appointed and wonderful location close to anything you’ll desire.

Didn’t want to leave

This place was amazing! The inside was decorated beautifully and felt cozy. We however spent as much time as possible out on the lanai watching for whales and turtles. It was so close to the ocean we sometimes got splashed by the waves! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we are back in Maui.

Maui Perfection

No need for luxury accommodations like the Grand Wailea. THIS gem had it all and MORE. As a Maui local and now a visitor, this space is charming and radiant as it is on the water like few hotels can provide. The vibe and decor is uplifting. Also, so close - walking distance - to coffee, shops, beaches, etc.

This beautiful hideaway was just as advertised. The room was gorgeous and had everything we needed. I especially loved how close we were to the ocean. We saw a whale from our balcony when we first arrived. The best part was that we saw sea turtles every afternoon from our balcony and in front of our unit. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Whale watching in the comfort of 'home'

Have been remiss in sharing our awesome stay last February. The studio was fully stocked with many little thoughtful touches. The Hideaway team even purchased a tea pitcher before we arrived when I had asked if they had one. But by far, the best was the amazing lanai with the expansive ocean views. We spent many hours there and saw some incredible whale activity without going anywhere. And of course, lots of turtles. It was very hard to break away!

Every detail of this rental was carefully designed and decorated. We enjoyed walking to a nearby little beach, walking for chinese take-out, and parking at the bottom or our stairs. We watched whales each morning and evening. Everything was comfortable, clean, new, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this rental for a couple wanting to relax and enjoy spending time at a rental. The pictures are accurate and we loved the Boho style. Loved it!

Perfect stay on Maui

Everything about our stay here was amazing. From the decor to the spaciousness to that view! The day bed on the lanai was so perfect and now I need an outdoor bed back home. It was perfect to go the beach right next door - we snorkeled and saw massive sea turtles. They were amazing to watch. The location is also perfect. We contemplated staying in Paia but so glad we stayed in west Maui. It was a little tough but we did Road to Hana one day and the next day, the sunrise at Haleakala so definitely doable! Just gotta go to sleep early. We will absolutely stay here again. Mahalo for an amazing start to our honeymoon!!

Wonderful Stay!

Absolutely beautiful! This condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was well stocked with everything you could need. Beautiful ocean views, and the day bed on the lanai was such a wonderful spot to hang out. Bed is very comfortable. Lots of local shops and food. Property manager is incredibly responsive and helpful. There is no beach access on the property, and is about a 5 minute walk, with much of it without side walks. It certainly is not a deal breaker, but if mobility or bathroom access is an issue, it might be something to consider. We would definitely return!

A little spot of Paradise

We chose this place(Hulahideaway)to relax for the final 4 days of our holiday after being based on the North shore and exploring Maui for 9 days. We were so happy when we opened the door and were captivated by the view as we entered the apartment. The decor was beautiful and you feel you are right on top of the ocean when lying on the bed it is as if you are on a boat. Great beaches only a short walk away and shops nearby. We just loved relaxing on the Lanai watching the stunning sunsets and cute turtles. The apartment also had everything we needed for enjoying cooking our own meals. We hope to return to Maui in the future and would definitely check availability of this place as it is an absolute gem. Thanks for a great stay to end the perfect holiday.
