From the moment you step inside this house you will feel at home. It offers the luxury of five star accommodation with the warmth of a truly warm Irish essence.
UPPER FLOOR
There are two bedrooms and utility room upstairs.
Master Bedroom - Super-King-Size bed, multi channel TV.
The bathroom includes a sit in steam unit.
Bedroom 2 - King bed & bathroom plus reading area with mini fridge. Overlooks the 2nd green.
Utility Room - washing machine & tumble dryer, steam iron and hot-press.
LOWER FLOOR
2 twin bedded rooms & 2 bathrooms
All white Egyptian cotton linens and towels with down pillows.
The living/dining room has a 3 sided glass solid fuel stove, multi-channel flat screen TV with Sky Sports, DVD player, CD Player and plenty of books for the discerning reader
Kitchen - including hob & oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave compact galley kitchen
Outside the house is a small private garden to the rear including table, sun loungers and gas barbeque grill.
There is also heated drying room for all your golf wear/swim/surf wear.
Please note that this property is attached to the owner's private home by way of a balcony extending between the two properties however you have full privacy during you stay as there is private parking, a private garden and a private front door.
