Darauf angesprochen, wollte man mir weis machen, dass ich überhaupt nicht das Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht hätte, auf Grund des "geringen" gezahlten Preises. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website.
