"The hotel is a credit to the owner in every respect. My wife and I were on holiday to sample various areas of Germany. All staff were most welcoming and helpful. We only had one evening meal there but it was outstanding, and we have eaten in many fine restaurants around the world. It was the first stop on our holiday and it could not have been better. "The Schall family were wonderful. Everything was provided for an easy stay and if I needed anything, I just had to ask. Access to Wetzlar, Solms, and Braunfels is quick and easy with a 5 minute walk to the bus stop or a 10 min walk to the train station. No need to have a car.I will definitely rent this apartment again when I am back in the area."
"Beautiful hotel and area . The street below was noisy due to a lot of traffic with open windows in hot summer . Maybe ac units in rooms and more fans would help with noise reduction. Restaurant was fantastic and breakfast ! "
"Charming hotel set as part of a castle in an old German market town . The staff were kind and super helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good both at breakfast and dinner . Parking in the small courtyard was available and again the staff were helpful in finding a spot and there is always the option of the covered parking for a small fee which was high enough to accommodate a tall vehicle. I was only there for a couple of days but I wish it could have been longer . The castle gardens and views are are stunning and well worth a look "
