"spotless rooms, all amenities present. However the shaving kits are very very basic and poor qualities, causing many abrasions to the skin. Surely these could be improved . The safety box did not work.The menu at Marco Pole was rather monotonous , I stayed I stayed 12 days and got bored with the never changing menu. The front desk is very helpful, at times they are mobbed by the unruly guests who pay no attention to making a que for their turn, instead create a rukus and shouting. It is very troublesome."
