We had a problem with hot water and they were incredibly responsive. And a special mention to Anna (housekeeping manager). I lost a very sentimental piece of jewellery in the room and I don't know how or where but she managed to find it and I am SO grateful!"

"The hotel is very near to the centre of Strasbourg so we could walk there in about 20mins. Unfortunately there was no available parking when we arrived so we had to search for parking quite far from the hotel and we had to pay for it. Also the air conditioning was not working so it was very hot in our room (30 degrees), even with the window open. Apart from that, we enjoyed our overnight stay and the breakfast. "
