A full kitchen with essential cooking utensils, pots and dishes. A breakfast area with dining set, microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee pot. One full bathroom with towels and all the essential toiletry soap, shampoo & conditioner gel, hot water, a hair dryer, and iron/iron board. A 43” Smart TV with streaming channels. A patio for relaxing and memorable time, after a long time in the water.

Leave the used towels and bed sheet on top of the used beds. Verify that no items are left behind, since we are not responsible once you checkout the unit.
Turn off the A/C unit. Ensure all stove gas and oven knobs are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
