  • 3br 3ba cozy & modern farmhouse w/ private pool & sundeck on a main road in the beautiful south west of PR. Conveniently located near Boqueron & the beach. La parguera & night life. Huge covered patio with an outdoor smart Tv over a small fountain, a sitting area with BBQ grill.
    On the grounds are a pool house filled with Beach equipment. A18ft 4ft deep pool.. A laundry room w/ washer & dryer. Coconut & fruit trees. A carport & parking for 4 cars. Surrounded by nature and agricultural fields. A Great place to come back to after a day at the beach or exploring this side of the island. Bathrooms have instant water heaters attached to each shower. Air conditioning in bedrooms only. Common areas have cieling fans. House is furnished with living room, dining room, stocked kitchen. No dishwasher. Good wifi.
