"The rooms advertised on Hotels.com are different from what you get. My booking was for "extra sitting space" and and an "outdoor patio" that can sleep three persons. However, the receptions informed me that the extra sitting space was the patio. disappointed on the front. The add needs to be clarified."

"From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. "Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work.
Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage.
Frustrated with above, I just left the place without checking in and...
