We too were so very sad to hear the community temporarily shut down the indoor pool prior to your stay. Other then inform you prior to your stay we unfortunately had no control of the closure as the indoor pool is managed by the community. Lisa, Your feedback is super important to us as we want all our guests to enjoy their stay. My wife and I headed to the cabin yesterday to make sure the deck was clean. We will be getting a new grill in September. We also cleaned the back yard and setup a fire pit.

Thanks for the review. I'm sorry you had an issue with the heating but to clarify, it was working, we just didn't clearly mark how to turn it on in the basement using the wall thermostats in each room. I'm glad we were able to help you figure it out and that you were able to get warmed up quickly.
