The Fore Seasons has 4 bedrooms, a loft with 4 single beds, finished basement, and 2.5 bathrooms. The retreat comes equipped with 2 WiFi connected 4K LED Smart TVs. The main floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with queen-sized bed, and a 1/2 bath. Upstairs is a two queen-sized bedrooms with a full bathroom, and a pull out sofa bed. The loft has 4 single beds (accessible via a steep steps). Downstairs offers another queen bedroom, full bathroom, TV/sitting room, putting game, air hockey.
Enjoy the indoor wood burning fireplace or unwind by the firepit outside. Our deck has a grill connected to our onsite propane tank and a seating area overlooking the Hideout's golf course.
The Hideout offers the following amenities for rental guests: Gym, pool (in season), indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball courts, golf course, putt-putt course, and private ski hill.
You'll also be a short drive from Historic Hawley and Honesdale. There you can enjoy the day on the water via public boat launches or boat rentals or eat at one of many restaurants in town.
We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean with everything you should need to unwind and relax. We will send a guest book (post booking) with everything we provide.

We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.

Please note: you will NEED to fill out a rental form and provide ID before gaining entry to the gate. All forms and docs should be filled out at least 5 business days in advance of the rental and within 36 hours of your booking or the community will assess a $100 fee.
Up to 9 amenity badges are provided during your stay.
Absolutely no more than 11 people and 5 cars are allowed on the lot.
No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. All names and ages must be registered on the application when submitted.
HOUSE RULES
Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.
Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee.
Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.
Please note guests must fill out a rental agreement and rental form with the association 5 days prior to arrival. A link will be provided post booking.
Parking limited to 5 cars, NO RVs.
We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
