"Riveredge Hotel in A-Bay is the BEST! Jennifer at check-in was SUPER AMAZING, FRIENDLY, NICE & PROFESSIONAL! She was knowledgeable and explained the parking and all of the amenities. Trina with house keeing is equally AMAZING & friendly as well. She took care of the room during my stay. I couldn't have had better service! As far as the hotel goes, GREAT parking, AMAZING view of the water & every room has a balcony. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a king bed and the room was PERFECT! I worked out in their gym, enjoyed their indoor pool, and they have a GREAT bar & restaurant. DEFINITELY the BEST hotel in or around A-Bay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Riveredge Hotel. 5 STARS ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐"

"The Tree House has been a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, lots of room. Colleen was very helpful and quick to respond when the power went out after a thunderstorm. We had a wonderful visit and recommend it!"

"The good : well located with easy highway access to Route 81, Watertown, Sackets Harbor, and the Thousand Islands region within 10 to 25 minutes. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Good desk staff (when they are there). The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was almost non-functional - meaning too weak."

"We traveled here with our young children. This hotel is quite new, and very clean. We got a room with 3 beds, which was game changing for us so no one was sharing. The room was plenty big for 4 people. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful property and lake to rest and unwind at. From the open interior design to the vibrant landscape, it was a delight to experience. The house is equipped with everything you need.The steep sets of stairs to the dock made it difficult for our dogs to go up/down to swim, but we made it work, and appreciated that the hosts accommodated our pets. Barbara communicated throughout the entire process, and was on top of everything. Overall, a vacation well spent!"

"This cabin is tucked away in a little piece of heaven. It was legit one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve ever taken. The host was amazing so helpful and had so much for us to do as far as activities with kayaks and boats. Probably one of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen in person and it never got old."
