This is not a quality hotel. It is barely a motel. There is no breakfast, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board. There was a disgusting bug crawling on my bathroom floor, there was a burn hole in the comforter, there was sneak chair ripped everywhere. They must take the word QUALITY out of the name. As far as a choice hotel. It is barely a motel. I can’t believe I was charged 80.00 for a night.

GREAT STAY

The staff was very friendly and Helpfull . The room was clean and spacious.The parking was well lit at night . The location was also good because it was within minutes from restraunts and shopping centers . Overall had a great expeeience . Well definitely stay in the future.

Should be listed as “A RUN DOWN MOTEL”

I was given a room that had a bad odor in it. The A/C didn’t work, and there were 2 hangers for my clothes. I changed rooms, the A/C worked, there was only 1 hanger in this room. I had to go to the store & buy Lysol for the smell. There was no iron & the furniture was worn. Breakfast is advertised online. And they do have cooking equipment in a small room. But I was told breakfast is not available. THE REAR DOOR TO THE BUILDING WOULD NOT LOCK. I felt very unsafe at this place. THERE DEFINITELY WAS NOT ANYTHING QUALITY ABOUT THIS PLACE.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at! No smoke detectors, no ice machine, no breakfast and the ac was set at 65 degrees and the room temperature was 79 degrees. Paid for an extra sofa bed and you couldn’t even use it because it was right in front of the bed. I was worried about my vehicle getting broken into or stolen because there were people just standing outside smoking marijuana. I do not recommend!

The gap under the doors was a bit concerning and seems unsafe. We noticed this on numerous rooms where you could see there were towels shoved in the gaps. We were missing a lightbulb in a lamp and remote for the tv in our room. The elevator wasn’t working. The pool was closed all weekend for unknown reasons and there wasn't breakfast included like stated. Would have been nice to know these things before arriving as our main reason for booking was for the pool. We went to the pool at one of the local casinos instead. There was also extra charges made on my card that should not have been made. Yes, they credited it before check out but I still had to wait a few days for the charges to clear. What if it were taken out of someone’s bank account that needed their money? The rooms were clean enough that we didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding somewhere else to stay since we would now only be using the place to sleep at night with the pool closure. I travel often and have never had this many problems at a place in a matter of 2 days.

I give an overall fair stay. It was convenient. The room was pretty clean. The air conditioning had a mind of its own. They advertise a continental breakfast which is not correct. The breakfast was at 6 am and the only thing they had at that time was toast and cereal.

Unfortunately this place was horrible in terms of cleanness, we have to event both our own pillow as the smell was terrible. All corners of the room were dirty with "sticky" organic material. And forget to get a "Continental Breakfast" offered as part of the room.... a complete disaster !!!

Room was very clean, nice and quiet. Breakfast was not acceptable for a Quality Inn. There was no fruit (juice machine was not working and there were no other fruit options. The only protein was hot dogs! Hot dogs are not a healthy protein option. There were no eggs, or cream cheese, or peanut butter, or yogurt. Cereal, bread, waffles and coffee are not healthy offerings.

I checked in great. The first room that was issued was already preoccupied. The second room issued made up but after further inspection of the bed, the bed sheet was not fresh and the pillow cases were soiled from the previous tenant. I brought the pillow down stairs to show and complain. A third room was issued and was acceptable. No TV remote in this room.
