Argenta Falls Cabin - Nestled Among the Trees with Sounds of the Falls

Main Cabin has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom; Can add the bottom floor for an additional price (twin bunk beds and pull out sofa with additional bathroom).

Nestled in spruce and aspen trees, this cozy log home is perfect for your summer getaway. It is secluded, yet very accessible year round. Every window in the house has a beautiful view of the 14,000 foot mountains surrounding Lake City. Relax on the back porch that runs the length of the house while listening to the roar of the Argenta Falls waterfall off the back of the property.

The quaint town of Lake City is only four miles away, while beautiful Lake San Cristobal is within walking distance of only 1/2 miles. Public fishing is plentiful around Lake City if you want to fish for trout in the streams or lake. We have easy access to the Alpine Loop and you can drive straight from our house on your ATVs.

The cabin has 2 bedrooms and one bath with an open floor plan upstairs with a covered deck off the living room to enjoy the sounds of the river and beauty of the woods. A seperate entrance downstairs leads you to an efficiency apartment downstairs that can be rented as well for an additional charge of $100 per night plus tax and an additional cleaning fee of $100. It has a twin bunk bed and a fold out sofa as well as a small kitchen area with a coffee pot and small refrigerator. The downstairs area also has a bathroom with a shower as well as a washer & dryer.

The listed price ONLY includes the upstairs part of the cabin which is 2 bedrooms/1 bathrooms.

A small area outside this downstairs apartment has a gas grill, table and chiminea for your enjoyment.

We loved the property! The location was absolutely perfect. The cabin was easy to find and had been described perfectly. We were so ready to get away from the Texas heat and Lake City did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Argenta Falls Cabin

Our family was in Lake City for a family memorial, so we were excited to have a rental with plenty of space. The Argenta Falls Cabin was a perfect fit for us. It is a beautiful cabin in a wonderful setting with the sound of the falls to relax to. Tannah and her staff were quick to respond to any concerns we had. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful cabin in the woods

This cabin was so perfect for our Lake City vacation! It’s nestled in the trees, feels very private and you can hear the nearby waterfall. The home had everything the listing mentioned, and then some! It was very clean and comfortable. We had 7 adults, and it felt very spacious for us. We were close to Lake San Cristobal for fishing, enjoyed riding side by sides on nearby Cinnamon Pass and Engineers Pass, hiked, and shopped, played mini golf and ate in town. This beautiful home was just a lovely place to stay. The property managers seem very available and professional. Easy to deal with. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property!!

The cabin and property were amazing. We had no clue how close and the beauty of the falls until we arrived. The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our week in the mountains. The location allowed us to ride our side x side right from the cabin into town and on the Alpine Loop. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay

We stayed for a week at the property and it was perfect. It had everything that we needed to cook most of our meals at the house and we loved the location and the sound of the falls. Would definitely stay here again.
