And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. "The staff were friendly, and overall, we had a good experience. We were traveling by bike and arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, so we asked if an early check-in might be possible. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in early and were asked to come back at 3:30.
We had stayed at a few other hotels during our bike trip where, when rooms were available, the staff were able to accommodate an earlier check-in. Of course, we understand that early check-in depends on availability, but it would have been nice if they could have checked to see whether our room was ready.
Other than that, everything was good, and we appreciated the friendly staff."
