"The staff was very friendly and the room was cute and clean, but there were a few issues. The a/c didn't seem to work at all (despite following included instructions, it just wouldn't turn on at all). The coffee maker also didn't work, and the lights were very dim (the dimmer was stuck on the lowest setting). The front desk is only staffed from 9-5ish, so by the time we realized these issues, there was nobody to alert. Overall, cute spot and great location though."

We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. "stayed at the west over BnB for 2 nights an it was great, close enough to town but you feel so private and remote tucked away with the trees. Martin was so kind and welcoming, offering great suggestions for the activities I wanted to do; breakfast was delicious and the outdoor tub under the full moon was magic."
