"Charlene is a wonderful hostess and she made me comfortable. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. I stayed a night and had a comfortable stay. Charlene really went above and beyond in ensuing that I was comfortable. Weather was bad and snowy in some parts of alberni but I had a comfortable stay here . "Need to have a vehicle for this property, as it is along a highway. Beautiful rainforest behind the hotel with a nice sitting area beside the river. Clean property, with a great pool and hot tub area. Don’t be late for the basic free breakfast as it was mostly packed up 10 minutes before the stated end time."
