"We loved our stay at Aurum Retreat. A delightful cottage with a charming garden and plenty of thoughtful little touches. It rained the whole time we were there, but we stayed toasty in front of the fire. The kitchen was well equipped and it really felt like a home away from home. Perfect for families. We will be back (when it's less likely to rain!)."

"An older motel unit which is looking a little tired, however, it has everything you need including an excellent spa bath and is pet friendly.We really enjoyed our stay here. It is far enough out of town to be quiet and private but is close enough to all tge amenities Hanmer offers.I'd recommend staying here as it's great to be able to take your furry friend away with you"

"This property is fine, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the availability at very short notice. The property has everything that you would need and is reasonably good value, but hidden costs for linen and cleaning push up the overall cost and bring that closer to more " expensive" properties that don't charge for basics like linen."
