"My husband and I travelled through on a motorbike and stayed at the Alpine Gables Resort. We were greeted very friendly and received an unexpected upgrade to a river view room which was just beautiful. We had dinner at the Brumby and enjoyed the entertainment of open mic friday night. "The property was clean. Saff reached out to us in time. Overall a very confoirtable stay in a quite location and all amenities provided in a gfood apartment. "

"We have stayed here several times for fishing the lake, not snow skiing. It is well-appointed, has everything we need, and is generally neat, tidy, clean and comfortable. We did note that someone left two pairs of socks in the clothes dryer (I left them on the bench) and a couple of pieces of cutlery needed a fresh clean, but everything else was spick and span, so that's for noting and not a complaint. The rest of the facility is great and a lot of upgrading has been done over the years and is hugely appreciated. We would love to return when time permits. It was probably cold enough for the fire but we decided to just use a heater to save the firewood and cleanup. All up, a big thanks to the owners."
