"The front desk GSR was absolutely priceless. We arrived late and it was Halloween. I was exhausted and listening to her speak to us with such a genuine tone, which today in the present day and time is rare. We actually went out and ate and enjoyed our one night at the Pollard. WE WILL BE BACK!!"
