At the end of a private road and Lake Como, this secluded retreat offers an intimate escape just 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. Renovated to maintain its old cottage charm, enjoy a fireplace, incredible stereo system with 3 TVs and Wi-Fi for entertainment.

Beautiful Lake Front Home On Como with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The house has newly been renovated but still maintains its old cottage charm. Amenities include : , 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 Bathrooms, Fireplace, Washer, Dryer, Central Air, Incredible Stereo, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, Prime Cable TV Programing, Gas and Charcoal grills. Lake Como is a great lake for large mouth bass as well as northern pike , a 16' 6'' alum fishing boat with 10 hp motor is provided at no charge . A canoe, 3 kayaks as well as floating devices for swimming are also provided. The pier goes in May 1st and comes out October 15.

For winter snowmobilers, the trails can be accessed from the yard via the lake. If we are short on snow this year the lake will home to ice boating and skaters.
