This is a residential community, so guests must be respectful of noise levels at all times, especially after 10 PM and before 8 AM.
2. No illegal activity at any time.
3. No smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping at any time in the unit. You may smoke outside, but 15 feet away from all exit doors, please.
4. Booking guests must be at least 21 years of age. Bookings with persons under the age of 21 will require special approval by the host.
5. This property is not suitable for wild bachelor or bachelorette parties. It is ok to be a group of bachelors or bachelorettes, but you must be respectful of noise levels at all times. 12 person is the maximum number of people that can be in the unit or on the property at all times ( City Rules).
6. No persons may return back to the unit after going out to bars/clubs/etc., that are not registered in advance. This is not the place to have impromptu guests.
7. If an item is lost, there will be a small fee charged for its return.
Lost Beach Passes Will Be A $25.00 Fee.
8. CLEAN UP:
It is necessary to be respectful of the housekeeper. Any party or group that does not adhere to this rule will be subject to up to double the cleaning fee.
It is requested that you don`t leave an inordinate amount of work for the housekeeper

A very clean home. The main bedroom was very comfortable. The bed in one bedroom was not comfortable for two adults. The original description of the house was misleading as to the of full bathrooms but was quickly rectified upon notification.
