The Space:

Inside, the cottage welcomes you with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly feels like home. The living room is made for cozy evenings, with an L-shaped couch and armchairs for everyone to gather around an indoor fireplace and smart TV, perfect for movie nights after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, along with a Keurig coffee maker, making mornings easy before coming together around the dining table for eight. Step outside and the vacation truly comes to life with a private patio built for entertaining and relaxation. Grill dinner under the open sky, soak in the hot tub beneath the stars, or spend sunny afternoons lounging beside the sparkling heated pool (Seasonal - Approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day).

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a set of full-over-full bunk beds.

This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, and another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras;

o (1) Ring doorbell camera located at and actively monitoring the front door,

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
