Welcome to the Flats of Lake Geneva! Located on a quieter side street on the northern end of Lake Geneva's downtown district, this renovated pair of suites will put you in a perfect location to enjoy all that our resort town has to offer without needing the car. Face-lifted and thoughtfully appointed throughout, Suite 1 features 1 bedroom (king), a full bathroom, and a common area cozy extra sofa, perfect for lounging or accommodating an extra guest. It's large enough for a smaller adult or child (under5'6) to sleep, offering a relaxed space for a good night's rest—without being a full-size bed. The Flats offer a quieter, spacious alternative to staying at one of Lake Geneva's busy downtown hotels. Suite 1 is equipped with a "kitchenette" set up, including a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster (no stove/oven). We encourage you take advantage of all the great dining options around town! Step through the kitchen and onto the back-facing balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or glass of wine before heading to dinner. Great value, amazing location, great layout of the suite! Only mild complaint is that there was a distinct smell, slightly cigarette-y. Bought some air freshener and that fixed it right up!
