- Located conveniently in a quiet neighborhood with access to not just one, but two lakes, this inviting retreat lends itself to plenty of possibilities for enjoyment. This cozy three-bedroom home is just a short walk to the beach and has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable including spacious bedrooms, smart TVs, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, foosball and karaoke.
Please note that no parties or loud excessive noise will be permitted in and around the property at anytime. The quiet time hours is 10 pm to 7 am due to the community noise ordinance and hence, no hot tub or backyard use is permitted during that time.
