"We had a great time staying here. The rooms were clean and the owners were responsive. The cleaner of our room was friendly and did a great job. Great location as you can walk to the beach and the strip. Plan to stay again next summer! "
"Hotel was fine. Room price per night was very reasonable. Everything in our room working properly. Other guests were making petty complaints to the front desk. Holding up the check in line. If they wanted a 5 star room then they should have booked a 5 star hotel. It was a nice stay."
"We were treated like royalty here at the Elms. The owner, Chandler and his staff, go above and beyond. What a beautiful escape. We will most definitely return. "

Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Lake George
10/10 Excellent
"Room and property was clean and well maintained, super close to everything in town. The only thing I wish was different is the area where they keep the microwave, they need to install some light over there, the first time I used it I felt a bit scared because it is super dark and I had to use my phone's torch light to see the microwave buttons "
"We loved everything about this hotel. The location is great and the property is really nice and clean. The staff os very accommodating and friendly too. We will definitely stay there again!"
Holiday Inn Resort Lake George - Adirondack Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Holiday Inn Lake George was a great place for our family’s first time in Lake George. The hotel is conveniently located and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the town or a 2 minute drive. The hotel has just about everything you need when traveling with young kids. The outdoor pool was really nice and we enjoyed sitting poolside. They also have basketball courts, bocce, a putting green, mini golf outside. Inside they have an indoor pool and a kids activity center which came in clutch the one day they cleared the beach because of thunderstorms. Every day they do free ice cream at the pool for the kids and at night they do a movie poolside. Also we enjoyed the fire pits every night and there were plenty to sit around. The restaurant is great for breakfast. Kids eat free with a paid adult and service there was really great. We did not try the dinner but I believe they have the same deal. There were only a small handful of minor occurrences where the hotel fell short that would have made it a perfect stay. They did tell me upon check in one of the outside doors was having an issue and wouldn’t open with the key. A minor inconvenience since our room was closest to that door and parking. Also the door going back inside the hotel from the pool area was hit or miss and worked 50 percent of the time and we would have to wait for someone to open the door. Also, the rooms have barn doors for their bathrooms. Overall we loved our stay and recommend this hotel!"
"We stayed there primarily for the Polynesian Show, but we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the resort. The show was good and they have beautiful inside and outside pools. What we especially liked was the EV Charge Stations right on sight. Only negative we saw was a couple of good size holes going to the back parking lot."
"The hotel is great! Staff is very friendly and super helpful. It’s a short walk to restaurants, attractions, and town beach. Pool is heated. They projected a movie on the pool fence for kids at night. Super cute!"
