Cozy Family Friendly Lake View Home w / Easy Trip to Town & Beach

A cozy year round private log cabin home located in downtown Bolton Landing. The house has stunning views of Lake George and its mountains and is set in completed privacy from any neighbors. If a relaxing quiet vacation home is what you are looking for...this is it!

The house has recently been renovated with brand new stainless steel appliances in kitchen and new floors throughout (hardwood in living room, tile in kitchen, and carpet in bedrooms). You couldn't ask for a better location on Lake George: we are a 5 minute walk to town which includes beaches, parks, boat rentals, activities, restaurants, bars, shops & much more. This is the perfect location for a family friendly holiday.

The house has three bedrooms and two baths (1 in master & 1 main) and a very large loft area on 2nd floor. There is a king bed in master, a queen bed in each of the 2 guest rooms and two single beds in loft providing sleeping for 8 comfortably. Additionally, the 2nd floor loft area has plenty of space for blow up mattress if needed. We also have a pack-n-play and a highchair for the little ones. The house has two porches which are perfect for sitting and enjoying the views or barbequing with the family. We have high speed wireless internet and multiple cable televisions including HBO & Showtime. The driveway is very large and can easily accommodate multiple vehicles.

The house is centrally located in the beautiful town of Bolton Landing on stunning Lake George. Enjoy all the lake has to offer year round! The house is a 5 minute walk to town, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, shops and beaches. There are multiple marinas very close by for boating rentals and other water activities. The house is a short drive to Lake George Village, Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom, Gore and West Mountain Ski area, etc.

Relaxing Stay

This was a great trip, property was clean and accessible. Marvelous view of Lake George. No issues with amenities, everything wa updated. WI-FI was great. Spacious for everyone. Walk or short drive to Bolton Landing visitor center. Great gift shops and restaurants/cafes. A place to visit and stay again.

Awesome house

Place was great with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains and is very private with no neighbors. Scott was great and easy to get in touch with. Has a loft that could sleep 3-4 if needed besides the 3 bedrooms.you can walk 5 minutes to the town that has bars restaurants,ice cream store you name it. Would love to book again. Only thing I would do is build stairs from top deck to get to the fire pit easy. But believe me it makes no difference it is a great house. Thanks scott

Annual golf getaway

Very accommodating. Kitchen well stocked with all your cooking needs. Comfortable beds, living space and covered porches what more could you ask for. Grounds were private and the paved driveway was large and easy to navigate. Will strongly consider for next years trip.

Awesome Winter Getaway!

Great property with good location and views!

Couldn't have asked for a better property! Walking distance to local dining and great views. Only thing, like other reviews stated, is the smell from the water treatment facility. It didn't stop us from having a great time because we were out and about a lot and you couldn't smell it inside the house. We will be back!

Secluded getaway

The place is very nice and the view is just amazing. Plenty of space for a bunch of family and/or friends to enjoy. Only downside is the sewer plant being so close to the property. The smell is bit much when the wind is blowing from the pant towards the house. It’s not constant so it’s bearable and the beauty of the house makes up for it. Definitely would go back again.

Log cabin with a view, and steps to downtown BL

We stayed here with our 3 sons (ages 18, 15 & 13) for two nights during Christmas break. Location was perfect, walking distance to town but secluded with a beautiful lake view. The kids loved having their own area to hang out in the loft. Cabinets could use a good clean out as there was a lot of expired items in there (not that we needed to use anything) just an observation. Plenty of space to spread out and beds were comfortable. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Perfect Little Stay

Actually had more room than I thought, we could have fit another 2 people in there! Very spacious. Photos on the website are a little outdated since the TVs have been upgraded since. There were some questionable items like piles of sheets on the floor that looked like they where not cleaned or doors to the closets that where falling off. The master bed rooms remote to the tv was no where to be found so didn't get to use that. But the communication with the host was great. Our safety of making it into the driveway was a main concern of his and we appreciated that. We also got to check in early! The view of Lake George was also fantastic and when it snowed it was very majestic.

Great house

It was a great house very clean and spacious! Location was a bit off the beaten path but still close to town which exactly is what we were looking for. The down stairs tv didn’t work for us and was pretty old. However upstairs worked which was fine. The beds were comfy the house was well stocked and very cute. Only down side was it is located next to a water treatment facility which I didn’t realize till the rental agreement came. So outside wasn’t always an option aroiund dinner time bc of the smell but it was bareable and isn’t all day. We would go back. But others who want to be outside with the fire pit around dinner time might not like it.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house- plenty of room for all of us and the location was perfect. We walked into town and it was just a short drive into Lake George Village. The house had everything we needed and we’d definitely stay here again.

It was great. I would say the one big surprise is that it is located right next to a sewage treatment plant. The smell was relatively rare, but occasional.
