Spacious 4 bed / 2 ba home with updated kitchen with granite counters, expansive Great Room, there is a peek of a lake view from the porch. Owner resides nearby if you need anything.

The four bedrooms consist of two with King Sized beds; one with a queen-sized bed and one with two twin beds.

Assembly Point is a quiet, residential community and this property is only for quiet, family-oriented guests and if you are the partying type this is not the place for you.

Both short and longer stays are available. Ring camera at the front door.

Wonderful Time

We stayed at Sunset on Assembly Point for the New Year holiday and couldn't have had a better time! We needed a space that had room for all 8 adults but felt cozy and this place was BETTER than expected! The location was excellent...we skied at Gore Mountain an easy 40 minute drive, spent the day at The Sagamore Spa (25 minute drive) as well as shopped at the outlets, dinner in Bolton Landing, hiking etc. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings and had everything we needed and more! We asked for an early check in and that was easily accommodated.. which meant starting our vacation a bit earlier (always a win!)! The owner was available for any questions and checked in with us throughout our stay. We HIGHLY recommend staying at Sunset....you will not be disappointed!
