Cute little rustic cabins. Bathrooms need updating. Had leaky pipes under the bathroom sink and was fixed almost immediately after reporting to housekeeping. Owner very friendly and did everything in his power to make it a great stay. Would stay here again.

We checked in and had some issues with our cabin the first night. We went to Dan the following morning and without reservation he gave us an upgrade to another csbin and did not charge us for that first night. Dan and family were attentive to the guests and continually checked in to make sure we were having an amazing stay. Awesome job and thank you.

I enjoyed a terrific stay there! The staff was super-helpful and friendly. The cabin was very nice and well-furnished. Each site had a campfire pit. The pool was small, but refreshing on the hot afternoons. I strongly recommend Bears Den.

Each Cabin had there own everything! Fire pit, picnic table,broom. The place was clean inside and out ! You do need to bring pots,pans and all cooking needs. There a a playground for kiddos, swimming pool is very clean! We will be back next year!

It was amazing! It is a family owned property that was perfect for our stay. We were there for Americade. The cabins are perfect for the needs especially if you are looking for outdoorsy environment with the Comforts of a cabin. It is a cozy piece of property minutes away from Lake George Village and the lake. There's a lot of activities and easy to get around. They are extremely accommodating wonderful people and the cabins are really cute. We've stayed there twice and each time we just feel like part of the family. Everyone is really nice there I would definitely absolutely recommend

Nice clean rooms, beams on the ceiling. Staff very helpful and friendly. Each cabin has a grill and firepit. Our cabin was a bit small, but we would stay there again if ever back this way.

Amazing place for a family break!
Amazing place. Dan and the team where so nice and helpful and the location and setup is perfect. We ended up staying another night just so my son (who was on a camp) got to see it for himself. Highly recommend!

It's a great cross between camping but not going without some amenities. Well worth the stay. Staff is friendly, helpful, and they go the extra mile for their customers. Cabins are everything you expect and more. A very family friendly environment and property is well taken care of. I couldnt be anymore happier about staying here. Id recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and visist the Lake George area. My family and I are already planning out our next visit here again.

Property and area around is very nice.In woods we always found enough wood for campfire. Everything was amazing.Deny owner and his stuff was very friendly.Just one thing one thing it could be changed and that was the mattress replaced. We still woke up in the morning with back pain.Thanks for beautiful week.

My family and I (2 adults, 1 toddler and a dog!) all loved The Bear’s Den! It was absolutely wonderful, the cabins are the perfect size for families and include everything one would need. Everything was very clean along with the pool which was an awesome addition to this place. We will be back ASAP!

I am a neat freak and cleanest means everything to me. I thought they keep cabins clean but could vacuum under beds a bit and it is not an updated mattress or bedding but I would stay here again.

Really an outstanding place. The cabins were clean and comfortable. The manager Dan was very helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that has you close to the action at Lake George but far enough away to breathe, this is definitely the place to be. We’ll be back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The people working were pleasant. I loved how my cabin had its own fire pit and chairs it really added to the charm. It was perfect to what we needed.

The cabin I rented was more like a Mini house. It had everything you needed unlike hotel rooms. It even had silverware. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of window coverings but i just threw up some towels qnd solved that.

We had a great time! The room we stayed at needs a bit of updating, the comforters were very thin and our AC didn't have a Low function. I also wished we had a little kitchen area or at least another sink, doing dishes in the bathroom wasn't ideal at all. Our girls loved the playground and the pool.

Great location- close enough drive to village yet far enough from all the noise. Property sat on hillside of the road, harder to maneuver with a motorcycle, parking was on grass, place was clean and well taken care of. Rooms were clean and fresh looking, microwave/fridge/TV/Internet and bureau in rooms, grill and fire pit and picnic table outside each cabin. Manager on premise- friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could of been bigger, didnt get to use the pool. Overall great experience for first time visiting.

Americade 2020
Was there during unofficial 2020 Americade as we all know could not go on during COVID. We decided to go anyway and I am glad we did. It was a wonderful stay. !!! They accomodated us fast even when we got there early. They are very pleasant and very accomodating. The cabins are perfect whether you come with the family or couples there is a cabin for everyone. I love that they welcome the motorcycle community as not all places accept us. Would absolutely recommend.

We had the perfect cabin. We loved the firepit and quiet. The cabin was small but comfortable. They have a charcoal grill and picnic table to cook and eat outside. I brought my own portable gas grill. There was a refrigerator and microwave. And they have TV and internet. The hosts were very nice. I would stay there again.

Den is the most amazing host! I am not giving him and his family 5 stars but 10 stars. Communication was great, customer service EXTRAORDINARY. Daughters are both professional , smiling and welcoming. Den is accommodating and responds to any issues immediately. Location is strategic. The cabins are basic but the customer service given to the guests is priceless. Thank you Den for making my birthday weekend so enjoyable.

This is a great place to stay! The owner is super nice as well as the staff. There's a little store right across the street which is also really good for quick little things last minute. It is located just far enough away from the tourist area that you can sit out with your own private fire pit and enjoy the outdoors but close enough that a 5 minute drive will get you to all the bars, restaurants, and shops.

Great stay in Lake George!
Great value for the money, and exactly what I wanted for a clean, comfortable stay in the Adirondacks. Owners were super nice and helpful. A fire pit and grill in front of every cabin was a nice touch. Cabin was spacious enough, and bedding was comfortable. I’d stay again!
