She wanted to be “fully transparent” about a problem. She said the previous renter apparently allowed a mouse to get into the house. "We didn't expect the refrigerator and microwave in the room which was very nice. The building is very old and remodeled to stay era. Everything was comfortable, the staff was awesome, and the food was delicious. What more can you ask for!"

"There much thought in making the room cozy but convenient. From Lighting and electic wall socket's placement to to bathrobes and a lantern to walk to the hot tub nearby. The outdoor and indoors eating cooking areas and stone circle firepit are very inviting. A very historic feel with all the deep redstone steps, long covered porches, and scenic seating areas. All Very elegantly updated, scattered modern art painting and fixtures, but still has a historic touch. We Especially Loved the thick Velvet curtains over the bay window and big walk in tile shower. It was like coming home. Defiantly will be back!"

"Biggest thing our Cabin (Cabin 2) needed was a good mopping of the hard floors and someone to snake the drain of the bathroom sink. It was very slow to drain. But, it was a fun experience. Especially getting to watch VHS movies for the first time in nearly 15 years. Very cool and unique experience. Would recommend highly, with some slight improvements."

"This was a family vacation and the biggest perk was that everyone had their own bathroom and bed. House is older, but in great shape and clean. It was a hot week, so glad they had fans. Kitchen for that many was small, but we made it work. Great location with lots to do within an hours drive. Great amenities at Golden Bell main campus and surprisingly quiet for it being next to other homes in the area. Thank you for a great spot and we encourage other large families to use the home!"
