"The staff was friendly but didn't know too much about the area when we asked questions because neither of them were from the area. Also, the elevator wasn't working properly and my husband and I actually got stuck in it for a few minutes before it finally started moving just as we were about to use the phone in the elevator to say we were stuck. The room was clean and it was very quiet. "

"Pros- Multiple beds available for kids/small family, excellent breakfast with quality food, peaceful location and comfortable beds. Cons- Light streams through in the morning so kids are up at the crack of dawn. Reception not very helpful with things to do even when asking for suggestions."

"My family really enjoyed our stay at the Snow Chasers Lodge. The check in information was provided in advance, and it was very easy to access our room. The rooms are nicely updated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee bar and muffins during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property, and look forward to staying again in the future!"

"Nice quiet room in a fourplex type setup. Room is small, but clean. Door jammed and was a pain to open. Nice lake views and easy access to room was a plus. Bed was too soft made my back stiff for a few days. Free HBO and YT TV were a plus. Overall a decent place to stay for the money."

"All the little things did not go unnoticed! To all the Condiments in the refrigerator. To Spices and extras in the cupboards. The coffee bar with all the coffee flavors, creamer, sugar, filters. Breakfast bars. All the extras in both bathrooms. And 1st aid kit in hall closet. The game room was fun. Hot tub helped with sore muscles after all those hikes in the Porkies! It was great! The house is well insulated as I did not hear my 3 year old drama queen in the room next door. We had a plumbing emergency, one text through VRBO and the owners were on there way! Had it fixed and never interrupted our vacation! Nicest people I EVER met in the U.P. and we have been all over it! Thank you again for a wonderful stay."
