Fantastic 3bedroom house w/AC in Lake Havasu City Sunset Haven Downtown district

  • Welcome to our peaceful centrally located Havasu Sunset Haven! Minutes from the Lake & boat ramps. Comfortably accommodates 8 guests, 2 baths,3 bedrooms & a futon sleeper in the living room. Game room/parking 2 car garage. Covered parking shade structure for 1 vehicle. Onsite parking 75’ to 80’ for RV, trailer, cars, boats, etc. Fire ring & barbecue in the backyard. Walkable to the Historic Downtown District approx. 7 minute walk to the bars, restaurants, coffee shops, boutique, 4 minute walk to park playground. 5 minute drive historical London Bridge. Super Host Crystal takes great care of our home. The Lake and Colorado River are gorgeous!

    There is a family of roadrunners that live near by and they often cross through our property, please be kind they are so sweet and fun to admire. One of our favorite restaurant, Loco’s is about 6 minutes down the street. Checkout theLake Havasu visitor guide. Have fun!

    The entire house is at your disposition. We have a couple of locked cabinets in the garage that you will not be able to access. Also, please be careful as there is a step down into the living room, and a step as you enter the garage from inside the house.

    The house comfortably sleeps 8 guest. Have a great time and enjoy all of the attractions Lake Havasu has to offer!
