Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home! You will enjoy a spacious open concept layout with comfortable furnishings. Invite your family for a home away from home experience. Less than 10 minutes from the London Bridge, Lake Havasu Marina, golf, movies, shops and grocery stores.

You can relax on the couch or take in the sun in the back yard. The home is furnished to sleep 8 comfortably, including 2 bunk beds, one queen bed, full size bed and a pull out couch bed. The dining table can seat 8 people and we have additional bar seating.
Enjoy entertainment outside with the 50 inch smart TV and BBQ Grill.

Havasu Birthday weekend
Rented for 3 night stay for my son’s 23rd Birthday. Heather was a delight to deal with about the rental and any issues. We didn’t have any problems the House was comfy and and Clean perfect for our stay. We had a great time. I will definitely be returning again. Heather was just a text away with any concerns. Great home and host
Heather is very nice, promp and very flexible. She is very polite and her property is beautiful. It is located very close to the river. The home is maintained and it has everything one can need. It is clean, confortable and very suitable for a family and friends. We would definately stay here again. Thank you Heather.
